About Laura

Laura Hawkins is a qualified registered clinical hypnotherapist, hypo-oncology practitioner and Advanced Past Life Regression therapist. Her often favourably commented upon excellent rapport and ability to connect puts you at your ease enabling you to relax and enjoy your hypnosis sessions. Laura works intuitively in the art of hypnosis, guiding you to gently help find root causes of issues, cope with and help manage stress, give agreed suggestions for positive change to break habits or bring about beneficial changes for you, or taking you on a regression journey where you can explore and ease fears or issues from the past. She is a registered General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) practitioner, Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) accredited register practitioner for hypnotherapy, a certified member of The Association of Hypno-Onology Practitioners and registered member of the PLTA UK (Past Life Therapists Association), following their codes of conduct and ethics. 

 

Laura is experienced in leading guided meditations and hypnosis for both individual clients and women's groups and practises meditation/self hypnosis daily herself.

Laura is also fully qualified registered teacher, artist and  worked as an Arts for Health and Wellbeing consultant. Trained at Masters level at Staffordshire University in modules Arts for Health and Wellbeing and Managing Participatory Consultations, she has led numerous wellbeing projects for the NHS, educational establishments, private establishments and charities including a local hospice. During research for her consultancy project work Laura met the researchers at NEF London responsible for The Five Ways To Wellbeing. Guided meditation/ hypnosis are good examples of the Take Notice way to wellbeing and attracted Laura the most, leading her to pursue her interest further to study then qualify as a hypnotherapist and regression therapist.

Laura has a keen interest in holistic therapies, she has also studied dream analysis, aromatherapy oils and herbs as medicine, enjoys creating art and loves walking her dogs outside in nature.
